## Driver

Dancers piece together what's happening from Instagram stories, WhatsApp groups, and a dozen
organizer sites. Discovery aggregates every event, per city, kept current — the single source
for dancers. We don't build it until the Festival Experience experiment proves people will use
a digital schedule at all.

## Accountabilities (when active)

- Aggregate events per city from real organizers publishing.
- Keep the data fresh — the one thing we never fake.
- Make a city's whole scene legible from one place.
